She says, “I will personally establish a Planned Parenthood clinic on my own land which is within the boundaries of the Pine Ridge Reservation where the State of South Dakota has absolutely no jurisdiction.”

I think some enterprising Indian tribe ought to create a place for 18+ kids to drink… they join the military at 17, so why not?

I can’t tell if the prior comment is racist or if it’s calling out a note of racism in Pete Bogs’ comment. Instead of trying to figure it out on limited information, or worse yet delete the suckers, I will change the subject. Could anyone point me to a good reliable source of info on tribal sovereignty?
