Special bonus from that story: did you know that the U.S. Dept. of Defense will honor a dead atheist with a special atheist logo, “an atomic whirl“? Neither did I. If I had seen that logo, I would never have become an atheist.

    A very silly choice for a logo. If they wanted to go with science, they could at least have chosen a galaxy or somehting like that. Maybe a nautilus would be good. (But then they’d be missing their chance to use Gumby as their symbol.)
